We are looking for a professional accountant with strong experience in the systems of the Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority, capable of managing financial operations efficiently and ensuring full compliance with the regulations and laws in the Kingdom. They will be responsible for organizing accounts, preparing financial reports, and improving financial performance to support business growth.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Managing daily accounts (journal entries, reconciliations, monthly and annual closing).
  • Preparing and submitting VAT and Zakat returns accurately and on time.
  • Direct interaction with the Zakat Authority and responding to inquiries and reviews.
  • Preparing financial statements, analyzing financial performance, and making decisions that support profitability.
  • Monitoring cash flows, reducing costs, and improving financial efficiency.
  • Managing payroll, expenses, and financial commitments.
  • Reviewing contracts and invoices to ensure tax compliance.
  • Identifying financial errors and implementing preventive solutions.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of accounting experience within the Kingdom.
  • Advanced knowledge of Zakat and tax systems (VAT & ZATCA).
  • Proficiency in using accounting software (such as SAP, Odoo, or others).
  • High analytical skills and accuracy in work.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make smart financial decisions.
