He follows the employees' commitments as if they were a personal trust, and transfers salaries on time because he knows that behind every number is a life. He analyzes expenses and sees a story in them, and prepares reports for owners and investors at a level that reads trust before numbers. We are looking for someone who acts on his own. For the precise who doesn't need reminders, and the proactive who corrects mistakes before they are discovered. For the independent thinker who does not pass a number he does not believe in.
