Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing financial reports and statements, performing bank reconciliations, and conducting cyclical audits. The role also involves budgeting, forecasting, and tax preparation. The candidate must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and solid business acumen.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, statements, and reconciliations
  • Create ad-hoc reports based on business needs and management requests
  • Compile, file, and ensure compliance with tax regulations
  • Analyze and interpret financial statements and periodicals
  • Oversee budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Assist in internal and external audits
  • Support process improvements and ensure adherence to accounting standards

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
  • 1 to 3 years of proven experience in accounting or financial reporting
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Experience with accounting software and ERP systems
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail

Knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems, familiarity with financial regulations and audit processes, and effective communication and problem-solving abilities are key to succeeding in this role.
