General Practitioner

The purpose of the job:

To provide primary health care for male and female students, follow up on health cases within the school, promote health awareness, and contribute to disease prevention to achieve a safe and healthy school environment.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

1. Conduct daily medical examinations for students when necessary.

2. Provide first aid for emergency cases within the school.

3. Follow up on chronic health cases (such as: asthma, diabetes, anemia...) and coordinate with parents and health authorities when necessary.

4. Supervise the cleanliness of the school clinic and the validity of medicines and medical supplies.

5. Prepare periodic health reports and submit them to the school administration and relevant authorities.

6. Implement health awareness programs (proper nutrition – personal hygiene – infection prevention...).

7. Follow up on the general health condition of female employees and teachers when necessary.

8. Contribute to preventive measures during the spread of epidemics or infectious diseases.

9. Maintain the confidentiality of students' medical records in accordance with approved regulations.

10. Participate in school committees related to health and safety.
