Job Description: We seek to attract a Government Relations Officer who has high communication skills and the ability to provide support to customers efficiently and professionally, aiming to ensure their satisfaction and enhance their experience with the company's services. The employee will be the link between the company and customers, by receiving their inquiries, following up their requests, and solving problems quickly and effectively in providing services on behalf of the client to government entities such as the Saudi Business Center, Baladi platform, Qiwa platform, and others. Dealing with requests and complaints and resolving issues as quickly as possible, with follow-up until the solution is completed. Providing customers with accurate information about the services offered by the company. Following up on customer requests and updating their data in the system to ensure the accuracy of information and ease of reference. Maintaining the confidentiality of customer data and exchanged information and ensuring that it is not shared except with the relevant entity. Conditions: Proficiency in dealing with government platforms. Has not been supported by employment programs. Proficient in using computer systems. Passing a practical training period of 5 days.
Requirements
- Requires 2-5 Years experience
- Intermediate in English
