At Sofitel Riyadh Hotel & Convention Center, we are looking for a dedicated Host / Hostess to enhance our guests' experience with exceptional service and warm hospitality. This role is crucial in maintaining our reputation for excellence in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and greet guests as they arrive at the restaurant.
  • Escort guests to their tables and provide them with menus.
  • Manage reservations and seating plans to ensure smooth operation.
  • Make recommendations on food and drink selections.
  • Address guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and serving staff for seamless service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
  • Manage wait times effectively during peak hours.
  • Assist in training new staff.
  • Participate in meetings to stay updated on daily specials and events.
  • Comply with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Saudi National.
