Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests warmly and ensure a smooth seating experience.
  • Manage restaurant reservations and maintain an organized seating chart.
  • Provide menus and share details of daily specials or promotions.
  • Coordinate with servers and the F&B team to ensure excellent guest service.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host/hostess desk and entrance.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel standards, health, and safety policies.

Key Requirements:
  • Previous experience as Host/Hostess or in a similar guest-facing role (hospitality experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding guest service.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • Professional grooming and presentation.
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
