We are looking for Saudi Nationals to join our team as Hostesses at Arcade Riyadh. A modern food hall concept from London, bringing a vibrant mix of global cuisines and exceptional service to the Kingdom. As a Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, welcoming them with warmth and professionalism while reflecting the true spirit of Saudi hospitality. Fluency in Arabic and English and a passion for guest service are essential.

A host is required to work in an upscale restaurant to receive and welcome guests and guide them to their tables. The job requires excellent communication skills, a neat appearance, and the ability to handle work pressure and organize waiting lists. Responsibilities include overseeing restaurant reservations, coordinating with the service department, and ensuring an exceptional experience for guests from the moment they enter until they leave.

The restaurant hostess is the first interface for customers, and her main responsibilities include welcoming guests, managing reservations and waiting lists, and directing them to their designated tables. Her tasks also include handling customer inquiries and complaints, keeping the reception area clean and organized, and effectively communicating with the service staff to ensure a smooth dining experience.
