Job Overview
Ewaa Hotels is seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Manager to lead the team at our prestigious property in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of all hotel departments, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximise hotel revenue and profitability while controlling operational costs.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the hotel team to deliver outstanding levels of guest service.
  • Manage hotel budgets, financial plans, and control expenditure.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
  • Handle customer complaints and queries, ensuring swift and effective resolutions to maintain guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain a strong presence in the local market and build relationships with clients, suppliers, and the community.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a similar senior leadership role within the hospitality industry.
  • A degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong focus on customer service with a track record of exceeding guest expectations.
  • In-depth knowledge of hotel management best practices and relevant regulations.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Fluency in English And Arabic is essential.
