Hotel Receptionist

We are looking for a professional hotel receptionist to join the team, where they will be responsible for welcoming guests and checking them in and out, responding to their inquiries, and providing information about the hotel services and the surrounding area. The position requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in using hotel management systems, and the ability to handle various situations with high professionalism. Responsibilities include: managing bookings and payments, coordinating guest requests with other departments, maintaining the appearance of the reception area, and ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.

We are looking for a receptionist to work at Saffron Lofts for serviced apartments, who is polite and has good interaction with guests, and is responsible for providing a distinctive hospitality experience that reflects the level of the establishment. The tasks include: welcoming guests and checking them in and out, responding to phone inquiries and reservations, following up on room status and coordinating with the cleaning department, professionally handling customer complaints, entering data and managing reservations on the system, and obtaining excellent ratings and more.

A bachelor's degree is required to apply for the job, and it must be in Riyadh.
