Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all housekeeping and laundry operations, ensuring compliance with high standards.
  • Manage departmental budgets, stock controls, and work schedules.
  • Conduct regular inspections of fixtures and appliances.
  • Monitor team performance and facilitate ongoing training.
  • Maintain effective communication and relationships with all hotel areas and external customers.
  • Recruit, train, and develop the housekeeping and laundry team.

What We Are Looking For:
  • Experience in housekeeping/laundry in a managerial capacity.
  • Track record of managing teams effectively.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to deliver high levels of customer service under pressure.
  • Proficiency in IT, particularly with property management systems.
