Our company is looking for a professional Saudi female to join our team as an HR Officer, who possesses a strong presence, good appearance, and leadership personality, to be a key element in developing the administrative environment and enhancing the work culture.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Saudi nationality (essential requirement)

  • Experience of not less than

    Proficient in dealing with the platforms of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, Mudad, and Qiwa

  • Experience in recruitment, personnel affairs, policies and procedures, and payroll

  • Ability to prepare organizational structures and job descriptions

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs

  • Professional style in written and verbal communication

  • Strong, meticulous personality, with a high sense of confidentiality and responsibility

  • Elegant appearance, and tact in dealing with all administrative levels

🌟 Job Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on all employee matters including contracts, leaves, evaluations, and warnings

  • Support management in developing internal policies and procedures

  • Lead recruitment processes and coordinate with various departments

  • Supervise administrative files and HR records

  • Work on creating an attractive and productive work environment
