Join our team as a Human Resources Assistant
We are looking for new talents to join the workforce in the position of Human Resources Coordinator. You can be an essential part of shaping an integrated work environment with satisfied and harmonious employees.

Required tasks:
  • Dealing with employees to answer their inquiries related to work policies, attendance, and vacations.
  • Communicating with employees regarding new policies or changes affecting work.
  • Ensuring compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental management policies and procedures.
  • Preparing periodic reports related to human resources performance, including attendance statistics and vacation reports.
  • Assisting in developing and improving human resources policies and procedures.
  • Effective communication with employees and management.
  • Handling employee complaints and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Building positive relationships with various departments within the organization.
  • Analyzing problems and making quick and effective decisions.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in human resources or equivalent.
  • A minimum of one year of experience.
  • Good knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to human resources.
  • Familiarity with the basics of Microsoft Office programs.
  • Good spoken and written English.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must not have previously benefited from the Tamheer Program.
  • Must have no working experience for the last 6 months.
