Join Bayut as a Human Resources Coordinator
Bayut is the leading property portal in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, dedicated to providing an excellent online search experience. As part of the Dubizzle Group, we are proud to connect millions of users across the country. We are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to assist our HR department with various functions such as recruitment, employee relations, payroll processing, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in sourcing candidates and scheduling interviews, support onboarding processes, and maintain employee records.
  • Employee Relations & Support: Be the point of contact for inquiries regarding HR policies, handle grievances, and organize employee engagement activities.
  • HR Administration & Compliance: Ensure HR policies comply with laws, assist in payroll processing, and maintain records and reports.
  • Performance & Training Support: Coordinate training sessions and support performance appraisal processes.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must not have previously benefited from the Tamheer Program.
- Must have no working experience for the last 6 months.

Skills Required:

  • University degree in Business, English, Law, Human Resources or similar.
  • Excellent Arabic and English skills (oral and written).
  • Knowledge of HR systems and very high proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Local driving license and independent transportation are a MUST.
