We are seeking new talent to become a part of our team in the role of Human Resources Coordinator at Al Bawani Services. This position plays a crucial role in facilitating employee communication and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employees regarding work policies, attendance, and leave inquiries.
  • Facilitate effective internal processes through direct communication with employees.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
  • Prepare periodic HR performance reports including attendance statistics and other relevant data.
  • Assist in developing and improving HR policies and procedures.
  • Analyze issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Handle employee disputes and conflicts, ensuring satisfactory resolutions.
  • Cooperate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.

Essential Knowledge:
  • Ability to work within a team and coordinate efforts.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and HR regulations.
  • Understanding of applicant tracking systems and HR databases.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and HR management software.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience of one year or more is required.

  • Must not have previously benefited from the Tamheer Program.
  • Must have no working experience for the last 6 months.
