As a valued member of the property Human Resources support staff, you will play a crucial role in handling daily operations such as recruitment, training and development, and compliance with HR standards. This position is essential for ensuring organizational success by delivering quality HR services that meet employee needs.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Managing Recruitment: Oversee the recruitment process, including interviewing and hiring skilled team members.
  • Employee Benefits: Administer and educate employees about benefits, respond to unemployment claims, and prepare related reports.
  • Employee Development: Support new hire training and promote cross-training initiatives within the team.
  • Employee Relations: Maintain effective communication channels, handle employee issues, and assist in investigations as necessary.
  • Legal Compliance: Ensure proper maintenance of employee files and adherence to applicable laws and documentation practices.

Candidate Profile:
Your qualifications include either a high school diploma with 3 years of HR experience or a 2-year degree in a related field with at least 1 year of relevant experience.

  • Preferably experience in an FMCG company within a manufacturing facility.
  • At least 12 years of experience in HR, with a minimum of 3 years in OD and management roles.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential.
  • Strong leadership skills.
