Role Summary
The HR Specialist will manage the comprehensive range of human resources functions. This is a key role in fostering a high-performance team culture aligned with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Lead the recruitment lifecycle from crafting job descriptions to onboarding new hires successfully.
  • HR Operations & Compliance: Oversee HR operations, ensuring compliance with Saudi and Omani labor laws, and maintaining HR policies.
  • Employee Engagement & Performance Management: Facilitate performance reviews and manage employee relations, enhancing workplace morale.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Required: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5+ years in HR roles, familiar with full employee lifecycle management.
  • Deep knowledge of Saudi Arabian labor law.
  • Preferred: Relevant certifications like CIPD or SHRM-CP/SCP.
