Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Administer onboarding and orientation programs for new hires to facilitate smooth integration into the organization.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR databases to ensure accurate information.
  • Support employee relations by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Administer company benefits programs effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Operate government platforms related to HR.
  • Handle visa applications for foreign employees.
  • Perform administrative and marketing-related tasks as assigned by leadership.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in human resources or related roles.
  • Understanding of HR principles, practices, and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written formats.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Fluency in Chinese is a significant advantage.

Requirements:
  • Educational background in Business Administration, HR, or related fields.
  • GBA: Preferably not less than ** or ***
  • Experience: 0 - 3 years or fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Ability to start immediately.

Job Type and Benefits:

  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
