We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. As the largest and most prestigious luxury real estate company in the Middle East, Saudi Arabia Sotheby's International Realty is looking for someone with a strong background in real estate to focus on recruitment and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  • Add new employees to GOSI and medical insurance.
  • Develop strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent in the real estate sector.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, headhunting, and referrals.
  • Build a database of pre-qualified real estate professionals for future hiring.
  • Partner with universities and real estate associations for fresh talent.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates.
  • Maintain an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment reports.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws during recruitment processes.
  • Represent the company at career fairs and industry events to attract talent.

  • Work on the QMS and GRC systems.

Requirements:
  • Educational background in Business Administration, HR, or related fields.
  • GBA: Preferably not less than ** or ***
  • Experience: 0 - 3 years or fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Ability to start immediately.

Job Type and Benefits:
  • Full-time position.
  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • 30 days of annual leave.
