In this pivotal role, you will enhance our training and development initiatives, ensuring alignment with our company's vision and objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Conduct a comprehensive training needs analysis.
  • Prepare the annual training and development plan.
  • Nominate and evaluate training providers.
  • Design effective training programs (in-person or online).
  • Identify KPIs to measure training impact.
  • Develop individual development plans with department managers.
  • Coordinate and monitor training program implementation.
  • Prepare analytical reports on training progress.
  • Stay updated on best practices in training and development.
  • Follow up on performance appraisal processes.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related fields.
  • 2+ years of experience in training and development.
  • Familiarity with needs analysis, program design, and training evaluation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of Learning Management Systems and digital platforms.
