In this role, you will participate in setting the main goals, plans, and programs related to human resources training and development. Your responsibilities will include organizing HR development and training activities and ensuring that all technical and human resources are available to maximize operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement training programs tailored to the organization's needs.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and make improvements as needed.
  • Collaborate with various departments to assess training requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.

Job Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a related field.
  • Academic Qualification: Bachelor's degree or higher diploma in Public Administration, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Human Resource Management, or English Language.
  • English Language Level: Not required.
