IT Infrastructure Specialist

About the Role

Ethra For Human Resources Consulting is seeking an IT Infrastructure Specialist to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role is responsible for supporting the administration, maintenance, monitoring, and optimization of IT infrastructure to ensure system availability, security, performance, and business continuity. The position requires 3-5 years of experience.

Role Overview

The IT Infrastructure Specialist will focus on maintaining and enhancing the organization's IT infrastructure, which includes networks, servers, storage, cloud platforms, and data center environments. This involves contributing to infrastructure modernization efforts, evaluating solutions, and ensuring compliance with established IT policies and security standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure components.
• Monitor infrastructure performance, troubleshoot incidents, and resolve technical issues to ensure system availability and security.
• Contribute to infrastructure modernization, upgrades, and integrations to enhance reliability and scalability.
• Evaluate infrastructure solutions, prepare technical specifications, and provide recommendations for technology investments.
• Maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and operational procedures.
• Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues on IT infrastructure-related plans and procedures.
• Collect and analyze infrastructure performance data to support informed decision-making.
• Contribute to the design and configuration of IT infrastructure solutions in line with business requirements and industry best practices.
• Conduct gap analysis between existing capabilities and future business requirements, recommending appropriate solutions.
• Apply established IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with organizational objectives.
• Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and recommend improvements to infrastructure performance.
• Support business and technical data modeling activities to assess infrastructure requirements and identify potential risks.

Qualifications and Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure support or a related field.
• Demonstrated understanding of networks, servers, storage, cloud platforms, and data center environments.
• Ability to monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system availability.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with Ethra For Human Resources Consulting.
