Lawyer

A company announces its need for:

A lawyer specialized in bankruptcy and insolvency cases

Requirements:

• Full knowledge of the Saudi bankruptcy system and its procedures.

• Experience in restructuring distressed companies and handling financial crises.

• Experience in negotiating with creditors and rescheduling financial obligations.

• Knowledge of financing and refinancing systems and legal solutions for dealing with insolvency.

• Ability to prepare financial restructuring plans and deal with enforcement court procedures.

• Experience in dealing with bonds and enforcement cases.

• Experience of no less than 5 years in the legal field related to companies or bankruptcy.

Job Responsibilities:

• Study the financial and legal status of the company.

• Propose legal solutions for restructuring.

• Manage insolvency files and enforcement cases.

• Negotiate with creditors and financing entities.

• Represent the company before judicial authorities.

Preferred:

• Those with experience in handling corporate insolvency and restarting them.

• Experience working with medium and large companies.
