Legal Secretary Position at Baker McKenzie
Baker McKenzie is looking for a legal secretary to provide administrative and secretarial support to lawyers. This role is designated for Saudi citizens who are fluent in Arabic and English.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare legal correspondence and other documents as requested.
  • Manage lawyers' scheduling and organize complex activities such as meetings and travel.
  • Interact with the accounting department to process monthly invoices.
  • Prepare expense reports and process payment invoices.
  • Coordinate international and local travel arrangements.
  • Assist colleagues in practice groups.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, preferably with a secretarial degree.
  • Significant experience in legal secretarial work.
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Starting salaries from 187,500 SAR annually.
