Join a leading global law firm as a Legal Secretary in Riyadh. This senior Partner-facing role requires supporting a small group of highly regarded Partners in a busy, high-performing practice. The firm is internationally recognized and dedicated to expanding its presence in the Middle East.

Your Role:
As a Legal PA, you will provide comprehensive support to 1 to 2 Partners, acting as a trusted right hand and first point of contact. Your responsibilities include:
  • Complex diary and inbox management across multiple time zones
  • Managing priorities and workflows as gatekeeper for Partners
  • Liaising directly with clients, internal stakeholders, and external counsel
  • Preparing, formatting, and proofreading legal and transactional documents
  • Managing billing, invoicing, work in progress, and matter administration
  • Support business development activities including presentations and pitches
  • Coordinating travel, meetings, and logistics, often at short notice
  • Ensuring matters are managed according to firm protocols

About You:
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Proven experience as a Legal PA in a global or top-tier international law firm
  • Experience supporting Partners rather than large Associate pools
  • Strong exposure to billing and invoicing
  • Highly organized, proactive, and commercially aware
  • Confident communication skills to manage senior stakeholders
  • Professional demeanor, discretion, and calm under pressure
