Responsibilities:
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to management and relevant departments on matters related to the organization’s operations.
  • Interpret and analyze applicable laws, regulations, and legal documents to ensure compliance.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and internal procedures.
  • Oversee and update the legal documents database.
  • Support litigation efforts by reviewing case files and documentation.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in law or a related field.

Role Summary
The Legal Specialist will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal support, ensuring institutional compliance with Saudi Arabian laws, and managing the end-to-end government procurement process. Consultation & Compliance:
  • Provide expert legal advice on the Saudi Labor Law and its executive regulations.

  • Stay updated on the latest legislative changes and royal decrees relevant to the committee’s scope of work.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in law from an accredited university.
Experience: 2–4 years of practical experience in a legal role, preferably within a government or semi-government entity in Saudi Arabia.

Legal Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the Saudi Arabian judicial system and regulatory environment.
In-depth knowledge of the Government Tenders and Procurement Law.
Familiarity with the Saudi Labor Law.
