Join Marriott International as a Lifeguard
As a Lifeguard at The St. Regis Riyadh, you will ensure the safety of our guests while they enjoy the aquatic facilities at our luxury hotel. Your main responsibility will be to use appropriate rescue techniques if observing swimmers in need of assistance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Observe the swimming area for dangerous conditions and provide assistance to injured guests until the arrival of emergency medical services.
  • Promote the rules and regulations of the recreation facility to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
  • Maintain cleanliness around the pool area, including washing, mopping, and stacking towels according to company procedures.
  • Report accidents and unsafe conditions to the manager, following all safety protocols.
  • Engage with guests using clear and professional language, providing them with a fun and relaxing atmosphere.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or *** equivalent.
  • No previous related work experience required.

Required Qualifications:
  • CPR Certification and First Aid Certification are mandatory.
  • Any other required local or state agency certification or training.

  • The ability to respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Being physically fit and able to work long hours in an outdoor environment is essential. A good command of English and interpersonal abilities are advantageous.
