Role Overview:
The Maintenance Mechanical Engineer will play a critical role in ensuring the performance and reliability of mechanical systems within our Body in White (BIW) lines. This includes performing both preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute routine and preventive maintenance on BIW mechanical equipment.
Diagnose and address mechanical issues promptly to prevent production delays.
Develop maintenance schedules and procedures aligned with OEM standards.
Ensure the consistent performance of BIW jigs and fixtures.
Collaborate closely with the dimensional engineer for calibration plans.
Monitor performance, document maintenance activities, and recommend enhancements.
Support the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
Comply with safety and environmental regulations.
Train maintenance staff on best practices.
Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and improve processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
3–5 years of mechanical maintenance experience in automotive, particularly BIW.
Hands-on experience with BIW equipment.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing and TPM principles.
Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
Strong understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.
Excellent problem-solving skills and teamwork abilities.
