We are seeking a skilled and experienced Engineer I to lead and manage repair and maintenance activities, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of plant equipment across our production facilities. Key Responsibilities:

Plan, supervise, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs for plant machinery and equipment.
Analyze equipment performance and breakdowns to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
Develop maintenance schedules, procedures, and standard operating practices.
Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
Monitor spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement to support maintenance activities.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
Prepare technical reports, maintenance records, and improvement recommendations for management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
8–12 years of experience in maintenance and repair within industrial or production environments, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or senior engineering role.
