As a Senior Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and managing outside contractors, handling multiple projects, and ensuring the timely maintenance of essential operational equipment. You will develop maintenance plans to support the Fulfilment Centre's objectives and help maintain a productive working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise facility supervisors and oversee day-to-day operations.
  • Develop preventive and predictive maintenance strategies for FC assets, including material handling and automation systems.
  • Lead the technical team in providing both reactive and proactive maintenance services.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and promote a safety-first culture.
  • Manage compliance with EHS requirements, including waste management.
  • Prioritize resources effectively under pressure.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Experience in functional maintenance in a reliability-centered environment.
  • 4+ years utilizing computer maintenance management systems for planning and scheduling.
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with material handling systems operation and maintenance.
  • Strong understanding of facility maintenance systems and procedures.
