You will develop maintenance plans to support the Fulfilment Centre's objectives and help maintain a productive working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise facility supervisors and oversee day-to-day operations.
  • Develop preventive and predictive maintenance strategies for FC assets, including material handling and automation systems.
  • Lead the technical team in providing both reactive and proactive maintenance services.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and promote a safety-first culture.
  • Manage compliance with EHS requirements, including waste management.
  • Prioritize resources effectively under pressure.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Experience in functional maintenance in a reliability-centered environment.
  • 4+ years utilizing computer maintenance management systems for planning and scheduling.
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with material handling systems operation and maintenance.
  • Strong understanding of facility maintenance systems and procedures.
