At SABIL, we're seeking a dedicated Maintenance Supervisor to lead our branch's maintenance unit in Riyadh. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring our equipment and devices operate smoothly while adhering to safety standards.

Role Purpose:
You'll be responsible for executing comprehensive maintenance plans, managing a team of skilled technicians, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance Planning and Execution: Develop and implement weekly and monthly maintenance plans, manage resources, and respond to emergencies efficiently.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Generate detailed reports on maintenance activities, monitor contracts, and maintain accurate records.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to all safety procedures and regularly update maintenance guidelines.
  • Efficiency and Continuous Improvement: Optimize maintenance practices and collaborate on enhancements with relevant departments.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in electrical and equipment maintenance.
  • Proficiency in SAP or CMMS.
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, or a related field.
