Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve high sales targets through exceptional guest experiences.
  • Provide practical makeup applications and advise customers on suitable makeup products.
  • Maintain cleanliness at workstations and assist with product launches and promotions.
  • Enhance customer loyalty by developing standards of guest experience.
  • Address customer inquiries regarding products, prices, and availability.
  • Prepare daily sales reports and track store goals.
  • Conduct monthly makeup sessions and ensure compliance with marketing standards.
