About the Role

PROVEN is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead its marketing initiatives in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is integral to driving the company's overall marketing strategy, enhancing brand positioning, generating qualified leads, and achieving measurable business growth across all units. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive annual marketing strategy that supports business growth, strengthens brand positioning, drives lead generation, and achieves market leadership objectives.
  • Act as the central coordinator and strategic driver for all marketing activities, ensuring alignment across various business units and functions.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, operational excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Translate complex business challenges into integrated marketing initiatives that deliver measurable results in brand awareness, market share, lead generation, and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of marketing priorities and alignment with broader business objectives.
  • Cultivate a culture of innovation, ownership, performance, and data-driven decision-making within the marketing function.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • A postgraduate or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a closely related field.
  • Recent professional certifications in AI-driven marketing, performance marketing, or emerging digital tools are highly preferred.
  • A minimum of 8 to 12 years of progressive, hands-on marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a marketing management or team leadership role.
  • Previous experience operating within the Saudi Arabian or wider GCC market is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in developing, managing, and leading effective marketing teams.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that consistently meet and exceed defined business targets.

Required Skills

  • Expertise in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies.
  • Strong capabilities in brand positioning and management.
  • Proven success in lead generation and driving sales pipeline contributions.
  • Proficiency in all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, paid social media, and email automation.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and their strategic application.
  • Hands-on experience utilizing AI-based marketing tools for content generation, audience intelligence, and predictive analytics.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent systems.
  • Thorough understanding of creative production workflows.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Ability to articulate a clear strategic vision to senior leadership and translate it into actionable plans.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to challenge, influence, and build alignment across all organizational levels.
  • High emotional intelligence, resilience, adaptability, and a growth mindset.

Work Context

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires a minimum of 10 years of experience, with over 3 years in a management capacity. Previous experience in the Saudi Arabian or GCC market is highly preferred.
