About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings expertise across multiple marketing disciplines. Working closely with the Director of Marketing and the Regional Digital Marketing Team, you will collaborate on developing and executing digital campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and optimize the brand’s online presence to drive engagement. If you’re a creative storyteller, digital marketing expert, and strategic thinker who can balance brand positioning with revenue-driving campaigns, this is your chance to make an impact.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Manage social media platforms & influencer partnerships
  • Optimize website, SEO, and paid digital campaigns to boost direct bookings
  • Collaborate with creative teams on branding, PR, and visual assets
  • Support events, promotions, and revenue-driving initiatives
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
  • 35 years of marketing experience, preferably in luxury hospitality, travel, or lifestyle brands
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or a combination of education and experience
  • Strong brand storytelling skills with experience managing digital content and social media
  • Advanced knowledge of Content Management Systems, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Canva), WordPress, and Microsoft 365
  • Hands-on experience with marketing analytics tools (GA4 certification is a plus)
