Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute marketing strategy for the Fresh business, including annual/quarterly plans, KPI setting, budget planning, and performance tracking.
  • Customer Growth & Acquisition: Drive acquisition strategies, design promotional campaigns, manage retention programs, and analyze customer lifetime value.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key business metrics, campaign performance, ROI on marketing spend, and identify growth opportunities through data.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee multi-channel campaign execution, manage seasonal events, and ensure effective creative direction.
  • Product Marketing and Branding: Devise new product launch strategies and category expansion plans.
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with various teams including Retail, Operations, Tech, Finance, and PR.

Basic Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of professional marketing experience.
  • Proficient in utilizing data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau for data manipulation.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ability to leverage customer research and hard data for forecasting and evaluation.
  • Familiarity with marketing systems and tools.
