Join Our Team as a Marketing Manager!

At Apparel Group, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to drive our brand's growth and enhance our market presence. With over 2300 retail stores and 85+ brands operating across multiple platforms, you'll play a critical role in shaping our marketing strategies and executing plans that resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Brand Management: Develop and implement integrated communication strategies to enhance brand equity and customer preference.
  • Promotions & Events: Recommend and organize brand/store promotions in collaboration with brand custodians.
  • In-store Media Planning: Ensure optimal placement of outdoor media for maximum visibility.
  • Budgeting & Planning: Prepare and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring resources are effectively allocated.
  • Market Research: Conduct periodic research to understand customer preferences and the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in brand management, including at least 5 years in the retail sector.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic initiatives that enhance customer engagement and deliver measurable results.
