About the Role

Larsen & Toubro is seeking a skilled MEP - Mechanical professional to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position offers an opportunity to contribute to significant projects within the region, focusing on the execution and oversight of mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor the installation of electrical systems, including HT/LT panels, power distribution networks, internal and external lighting, earthing systems, and backup power systems.
• Supervise subcontractors to ensure adherence to approved GFC drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.
• Conduct thorough inspections of electrical installations and ensure the timely rectification of snags and non-conformities.
• Support the preparation of essential project documentation, including material submittals, installation method statements, and work checklists for electrical systems.
• Oversee electrical system installation, including HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets, cable laying and termination, lighting and power distribution, and grounding systems.
• Perform load calculations and voltage drop analysis as required.
• Participate in the testing and commissioning of electrical systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards throughout all site operations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a relevant MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) role, with a specific focus on electrical systems.
• Proven experience in electrical system installation, including HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets, cable laying and termination, lighting and power distribution, and grounding systems.
• Demonstrated ability to perform load calculations and voltage drop analysis.
• Experience in the testing and commissioning of electrical systems.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD for reviewing and understanding drawings.
• Competency in MS Office Suite for reporting and documentation.
• A strong understanding of relevant electrical codes and standards.
• Experience in site supervision and managing project execution.
• Familiarity with reconciliation processes and resource planning.
