In this important role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, streamlining processes, and ensuring cohesive collaboration across all departments to achieve our strategic goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning across all departments.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify operational challenges and develop effective solutions.
  • Manage budgets and resource allocation efficiently.
  • Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives within the operations team.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in operations management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of operational metrics and key performance indicators.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in operations management software and data analysis.
  • Male, with an age range of 35 to 45.
  • Saudi or Lebanese national.
