We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to oversee operational activities and manage facilities, ensuring the implementation of best supplier and customer relationship management along with O&M Optimizations and energy services management.
Job Purpose:
The Operations Manager will enhance the overall operational efficiency of managed assets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and achieving Enova's business objectives.

Job Purpose:
The Operations Manager will enhance the overall operational efficiency of managed assets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and achieving Enova's business objectives.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and deliver the Site Operations strategy in line with Enova's vision and objectives.
- Oversee operations management for contractual sites, ensuring all commitments are met successfully.
- Maximize the effective achievement of site objectives by leading and managing the Site Operations team.
- Assist in defining the organizational structure to optimize resource utilization and enhance communication.
- Participate in budgeting processes and monitor financial performance against budgets.
- Lead site operations ensuring efficient planning and allocation of resources.
- Engage with customers on site-specific budgets, advising on expenditures and opportunities for cost reductions.
- Ensure monitoring and evaluation of suppliers’ performance.
- Oversee maintenance contracts, ensuring quality of service and compliance.
- Implement comprehensive audits of operations to gather feedback and enhance service quality.
Qualifications, Experiences, & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is required.
- 10 – 12 years of experience in operations management, including 4 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in Maintenance and Facilities Management, specifically in operations planning and supplier relations.
