Responsibilities and Tasks:

Collecting and listing tasks, distributing them to teams, monitoring daily execution, and closing tasks within the specified time and required quality level, while addressing operational gaps by taking on random tasks.

Supervising the application of operational systems and ensuring compliance among all teams.

Analyzing the workflow and performance to identify operational bottlenecks and propose developmental solutions.

Supervising human resources within the team regarding attendance and discipline, productivity and performance, vacations and coverage, and developing individual performance through guidance, follow-up, and identifying training needs.

Preparing weekly and monthly operational reports.
Participating in regular meetings, documenting decisions, and following up on their implementation.

Managing access and permissions for all systems, tools, and technical accounts.
Supervising archiving and documentation.
