Main duties and tasks: 1- Reception of reviewers and visitors and answering their inquiries and guiding them to the places they are looking for. 2- Providing visitors and patients with brochures related to clinics and services, medical packages, and marketing offers. 3- Opening a medical file. 4- Registering patients on the dedicated clinic system and ensuring the accuracy of the information before saving it. 5- Creating and printing patient bills and collecting their amounts in cash or through debit cards and entering receipts. This is done through the dedicated clinic system. 6- Ensuring that patients and reviewers fill out medical disclosure forms and commitment forms and sign them, archiving and attaching these forms in the patient's file in the dedicated clinic system. 7- Printing a daily bulletin for doctors with the next day's appointments and notifying of any changes that occur. 8- Carrying out any work assigned to her by the administration.

Requirements

  • GOSI Registration Required or Sponsorship Transfer
  • Requires 2-5 Years experience
  • Intermediate in English
