Join Pacific International Lines (PIL) as a Personal Assistant!
With over 55 years in the global shipping industry, PIL is seeking a proactive Personal Assistant to support our Regional Head in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This pivotal role ensures smooth executive operations, enabling effective prioritization of strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Executive Support: Manage the Regional Head’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Travel & Logistics: Organize complex travel itineraries and coordinate logistics for business events.
  • Administrative Management: Maintain organized files and documentation, track deadlines, and support report preparation.
  • Communication & Coordination: Act as a point of contact, drafting professional communications and liaising with internal teams.

Must Have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Integrity in handling confidential information.
