Key Responsibilities:

• Capture high-quality photos and videos using professional cameras.
• Cover scheduled events and activities throughout the academic term.
• Create quick content (Stories) using a mobile phone to document events.
• Sort and organize captured media (photos and videos) after each event.
• Edit and process photos and videos for final publication.
• Ensure all content aligns with the organization’s visual identity.
• Coordinate with the media or marketing team to ensure proper documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in photography and videography using professional equipment.
• Strong ability to select the right shots and capture key moments.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Creative and visually driven mindset.

Required Software:

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects (preferred)

Preferred:

• Previous experience in event or educational activity coverage.
• Ability to create content suitable for social media platforms.

McNoon Solution is looking for a creative and technically skilled photographer / content creator to support an exciting project in the events and venue experience space.

This role is ideal for someone who can capture premium venue photography, short-form video content, and immersive 360-degree virtual tours.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photos of venues, event spaces, and service providers
• Produce short promotional videos and walkthrough content
• Perform 360-degree shooting for immersive virtual venue experiences
• Edit and optimize content for digital and marketing use
• Coordinate with the business development team during site visits
• Deliver content that reflects a premium and trustworthy brand image

🛠 Required Skills

• Proven experience in professional photography and videography
• Strong experience in 360° / panoramic shooting
• Ability to create virtual tours and venue walkthroughs
• Strong editing skills in photo and video software
• Strong eye for lighting, composition, and spatial storytelling
• Experience in hospitality, real estate, or event venue shoots is preferred
• Ability to work independently on a flexible schedule

Required Equipment
Candidates should have their own professional equipment, including:

• DSLR / Mirrorless camera
• Wide-angle lens
• Gimbal / stabilizer
• Portable lighting setup
• 360-degree camera (such as Insta360, Ricoh Theta, or equivalent)
