Key Responsibilities:

• Team & Production Management: Lead and supervise the daily operations of the production team to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Manpower Planning: Plan and allocate adequate manpower for production, buildup, and dismantling activities.
• Supplier Support: Ensure suppliers meet project-specific and company standards.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of tools, machines, and equipment.
• Schedule Adherence & Coordination: Coordinate effectively with other departments to streamline project execution.
• Production Standards Compliance: Ensure team members follow standard operating procedures and use proper equipment.
• Problem Solving: Apply strong troubleshooting skills to quickly resolve issues.
• Training Development: Identify skill gaps and support the training needs of the team.
• Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve fabrication processes.
• Health and Safety Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations in all areas.

Qualifications:
- 8 years and above experience as a Senior Team Leader or Supervisor.
- Education: Minimum of +2.
- Languages: Proficiency in Arabic, English, and Hindi.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of tools and machinery used in carpentry, Basic computer knowledge, AutoCAD, and Sketchup.

Job Objective:
Supervise and manage production cells while ensuring adequate human resource management to fulfill the production plan.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct weekly communications and feedback sessions.
• Define maintenance priorities and training objectives.
• Manage annual appraisals and quarterly coaching sessions.
• Organize production cells based on workload management.
• Oversee operator versatility and training schedules.
• Handle staff absence traceability and manage conflict effectively.
• Implement HSA policies and report issues with viable solutions.
• Communicate effectively with all teams about production schedules and changes.
• Lead improvement and problem-solving initiatives.

Work Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 6 years in a similar role.

Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong technical background in team management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in both English and Arabic.
