About Dallah Hospital and the Role

Dallah Hospital is seeking a Project Coordinator to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position responsible for facilitating project implementation and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. The role reports directly to the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO).

Role Purpose and Context

The Project Coordinator plays a central role in monitoring dashboards and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), coordinating initiatives, and ensuring the timely completion of departmental projects. This position also supports the implementation and monitoring of the management system to achieve Dallah Hospital's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all assigned projects and operational programs align with the approved strategic plan.
  • Coordinate with department heads and committee leads to confirm deliverables are consistent with enterprise-wide priorities.
  • Monitor and track Balanced Scorecard (BSC) performance data at the project and program level, flagging deviations and reporting status to the Strategy Analyst and CSO.
  • Compile and maintain project-level progress reports and portfolio status updates, providing the CSO with an operational view of performance.
  • Support the cascading process by coordinating with department leads to confirm project objectives and deliverables align with strategic targets.
  • Maintain communication with project teams, committee leads, and operational stakeholders to coordinate activities, follow up on actions, and facilitate issue resolution.
  • Monitor day-to-day project risks and operational issues, escalating concerns promptly to prevent delays or quality failures.
  • Collect, organize, and validate project-level data, ensuring data availability and accurate record maintenance for reporting.
  • Populate and monitor existing dashboards and KPI trackers, updating project data, flagging variances, and ensuring current project status reflection.
  • Track project budgets against approved allocations, flagging budget variances for further analysis.
  • Maintain the day-to-day centralized project registry, ensuring complete project packs and tracking milestones, deliverables, timelines, and resource utilization.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in project coordination or a similar role.

Key Stakeholder Engagement

The Project Coordinator will regularly interact with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success and strategic alignment.

  • Internal Stakeholders: Project Managers and Directors, Strategy and Performance Management Teams, Finance, Procurement, and IT Departments, Department Heads and Operational Leads.
  • External Stakeholders: External Consultants and Vendors, Accreditation and Regulatory Authorities (where applicable), Technology or Data Analytics Service Providers.
