We are seeking a motivated and skilled Project Coordinator to support our projects in Riyadh. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring project timelines are met and that all teams are effectively collaborating.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and maintain project schedules and timelines.
  • Coordinate between different departments (Marketing, Procurement, Finance, Suppliers, etc.).
  • Monitor task execution and ensure deliverables are completed on time.
  • Organize meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
  • Prepare and submit periodic project progress reports.
  • Follow up on contracts, proposals, approvals, and project-related documentation.
  • Identify potential risks, delays, and issues, and escalate them to management when necessary.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and external partners.
  • Maintain and organize all project documentation and records.

About the Role:

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, project support, or administrative project roles.
  • Good understanding of project management principles, timelines, reporting, and documentation.
  • Strong organizational, follow-up, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively with different stakeholders.
  • Professional certifications such as CAPM, PMP, PRINCE2 Foundation, or equivalent are preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of project management tools is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
  • Good command of English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
