Our company is seeking a dedicated and skilled ERP Project Coordinator to support the implementation and optimization of our Odoo ERP system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Coordination & Administration: Assist the Project Manager with project plans, scheduling, and work breakdown structures while maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
  • Stakeholder & Vendor Liaison: Serve as a communication channel between internal teams and external vendors.
  • Issue & Risk Management: Identify and log project risks, escalate issues, and support problem-solving efforts.
  • Post Go-Live Support: Coordinate post-implementation activities and facilitate AI and automation initiatives to enhance productivity.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination or business analysis, especially in ERP projects.
  • Proficiency in project management tools like Jira or Asana.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, or project management.

Role Overview
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support and coordinate enterprise customer implementations from requirement discovery through delivery.
