We are looking for a dedicated Project Management Admin to support our regional project management and operations team. This role is vital in facilitating project operations and ensuring efficient coordination among stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to project managers and teams on ongoing projects and operational portfolios.
  • Support reporting and data entry for PPM, billing plans, and invoicing information.
  • Coordinate for invoice preparation and collect documentation for subcontractors.
  • Assist project managers in reviewing cost positions and managing project documentation.
  • Support cash collection activities and project logistics coordination.
  • Prepare and manage project reports and correspondence.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
