FPICO Contracting Company is seeking an experienced Procurement Officer to manage the procurement of materials and equipment, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure that all project requirements are met on time. The role also involves handling direct and indirect purchases according to project needs, while ensuring compliance with budgets and project timelines.

FPICO Contracting Company is seeking an experienced Procurement Officer to manage the procurement of materials and equipment, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure that all project requirements are met on time. The role also involves handling direct and indirect purchases according to project needs, while ensuring compliance with budgets and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify project requirements for materials, equipment, and services.
- Manage and execute procurement operations for projects.
- Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best prices and quality.
- Monitor and manage the supply chain to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Prepare and review contracts and manage agreements with suppliers (Contract Management).
- Analyze prices and offers to select the most suitable options for the project.
- Monitor inventory and reorder materials as needed.
- Prepare regular procurement and cost reports.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Collaborate with project teams to meet work requirements.
- Apply purchasing policies and procedures according to company regulations.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of procurement experience in Saudi Arabia, preferably in the construction sector.
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction materials and equipment.
- Strong negotiation skills to achieve the best deals with suppliers.
- Ability to analyze prices and costs to select the most suitable options.
- Organizational and time management skills to ensure timely delivery.
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems.
- Ability to prepare procurement and cost reports efficiently.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions when needed.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Based in Saudi Arabia and ready for immediate transfer of sponsorship and work.
