Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and manage the project quality program
  • Review contractors’ quality management systems (QMS)
  • Monitor compliance with quality standards
  • Conduct quality audits and assessments
  • Collaborate with project teams to address quality issues

Education and Experience:
Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, preferably civil engineering, coupled with a minimum of 8 years of experience in quality management within the construction sector.

Skills Required:
  • In-depth understanding of engineering and construction quality principles
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • ISO 9001 Certification as a Lead Auditor is required

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP/CRM tools.
  • Understanding of Lean/Total Quality methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset.
